Once you have determined that the supplies are part of the Take Back List, login into your Xerox.ca account to create a label and schedule a pick up of your empty supplies. Package your used supply items as directed on our Eco box. Learn How

• Please do not photocopy Purolator labels. Create a new label for each package.
• Please do not place return item in a Purolator Express letter or in a Purolator Express Envelope. Use the Eco box or consolidate by .Creating your own Eco Box
• Customers located outside of the Purolator network (Canada Post in past) will no longer be able to acquire eco boxes, generate return labels or schedule pick ups. Returns will be accepted should you choose to at your cost. Learn more
• If you are phoning Purolator to schedule a pick-up, please indicate that you have pre-paid Purolator waybills for the shipment(s).

For your convenience, the Xerox Supplies Recycling Program allows for Eco Box returns. If you have more than 5 items to return, please select the Eco Box Returns tab on www.xerox.ca/gwa. If you have questions regarding these processes, then please contact the Xerox Webmaster.

As of October 1, 2018 Xerox no longer sends Eco boxes, acquires return labels or arranges pick ups to areas outside of the Purolator Network (Canada Post in past).

If you have fewer than 5 items to return we suggest you:

1. Take advantage of recycling locally through any available programs in your area
2. Hold off returning until you accumulate a full Eco box
3. Utilize any available box to consolidate 2 or more items for return. Eco box - Learn How

close How do I return a skid full of used supplies?

Please have available:

• Approximate weight of the skid
• Contact name and number
• Full pick up address (Including Postal code)
• Any special requirements (Tail gate, loading dock # etc)

close What items can be recycled by Xerox? Does Xerox accept everything?

All Genuine Xerox Branded Imaging Supply items can be recycled by Xerox. View our Take Back List. If an item is not on the take back list Xerox encourages you to recycle locally. See the “How do I recycle locally?” FAQ for more information.

Xerox does not accept Non-Xerox supplies.
Non-Xerox returns cannot be remanufactured by Xerox and therefore customers are asked to return them via OEM programs or recycle locally

close For Items not on the Take Back list, how do I recycle locally?

• Some products, identified as number 2 plastics, may be recycled in your local mixed plastic stream.
• Check to see if your business location has an industrial recycling program. They may offer a wider range of items that can be recycled through that program.
• Contact your Municipal Waste Service or Industrial Recycling Provider for recycling locations and more information as programs vary.
• Utilize your electronics free recycling day for drop off of items not on Take Back List.

Effective October 1, 2018 customers outside of the Purolator network (Canada Post Customers) will no longer be able to obtain our recycling services. Learn more

Customers that are within the Purolator network can return empty supplies at Xerox’s cost.
