Making onboarding paperless

With over half its customers getting in touch through digital channels, Argentinian bank BBVA wanted to modernize its onboarding processes. To do so, our Capture & Content services were introduced. This new way of validating information meant that customers could be onboarded faster and more securely, thanks to being able to electronically sign their names, and documents being stored on secure networks.

A large consumer finance company wanted to find a faster, more efficient way of processing and approving credit applications. As part of our Capture & Content services, our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution was able to process physical and digital data to categorize documents, identify essential information, and validate authenticity.

How we helped one insurance firm find significant recurring savings

When global insurance brokerage firm, Gallagher, wanted to upgrade its customer experience across its 30 UK branches, we suggested our Customer Engagement Services solution. Thanks to digital daily mailing services and a redesigned information architecture, we were able to easily produce and send masses of transactional printed communications. This helped Gallagher enhance its automation functionality and reduce costs to streamline workflows and provide detailed analytics for better resource management.

Giving employees hundreds of hours back each month

Every year, approximately 100,000 court cases are heard in the U.S. Each comes with a stack of routine forms and that adds up to a lot of manual labor. We helped litigation support specialist Lexitas release its employees from about 250 hours of routine tasks each month, allowing them to focus on legal work and generate more revenue.
