Creating a Competitive Advantage

Our commitment to connection and belonging begins at the top with total executive support. It’s a way of life here.

Executive Connection Council

Our Executive Connection Council (ECC) sponsored by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Vice President of People, Talent and Culture, and led by the Global Head of Connection and Belonging, meets throughout the year to review our Connection and Belonging practices and engagements, ERG programming, and to provide feedback and recommendations to the executive team. Our ECC members are inclusive of leaders representing various backgrounds and functions across Xerox.

This group focuses on:

  • leadership and governance for ERGs

  • employee engagement and workplace culture

  • connection and belonging practices, including training and programming, and their business impact.

Employee Resource Groups

Dating from the 1960s, independent employee-led groups continue to play an important role in our commitment to connection and belonging. These ERGs collaborate with management to achieve common business objectives, provide a supportive network for employees, and foster an inclusive culture.

Our ERGs address the concerns and meet the needs of our employees across various communities:

Executive Sponsors

Our Executive Sponsors program aligns senior executives with ERGs to facilitate and maintain open communications. Through informal sessions, our Executive Sponsors provide guidance and feedback, and develop a deeper understanding of connection and belonging opportunities within the organization. This collaborative process ensures that we connect across all levels to create an effective and representative work environment.

Well-being

As an organization, Xerox is committed to providing an environment that supports employee well-being.

Our benefits vary by location based on employee eligibility, local practices and regulations. Our benefit offerings provide our employees with choice, flexibility, and resources to help support them at work and home.

Representative offerings include the following programs: healthcare, wellness, retirement, paid time off, life and disability, paid time off to volunteer and voluntary benefits.
